Розкрито теоретичні аспекти дослідження диверсифікації медичних послуг. Проаналізовано фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства, кадровий потенціал та сучасний рівень диверсифікації медичних послуг у закладі охорони здоров’я. Визначено основні проблеми, що формують низький рівень диверсифікацій на сучасному етапі розвитку підприємства. Запропоновано алгоритм організаційної підтримки управлінських дій щодо впровадження процесу диверсифікації в закладі охорони здоров’я з розробкою карта декомпозиції основних процесів щодо можливості диверсифікації медичних послуг КНП «Хмельницький обласний центр екстреної медичної допомоги та медицини катастроф». Опрацьовано пропозиції щодо застосування системного підходу у обґрунтуванні визначення стратегії для запровадження диверсифікації медичних послуг. Розроблено модель реалізації диверсифікації медичних послуг у закладі охорони здоров’я з реалізацією трьох основних блоків: матеріально-технічна база, лікувальна діяльність та кадровий менеджмент. The theoretical aspects of the study of the diversification of medical services are disclosed. The financial and economic activities of the enterprise, the human resources potential and the current level of diversification of medical services in the healthcare institution are analyzed. The main problems that form the low level of diversification at the current stage of enterprise development are identified. An algorithm for organizational support of managerial actions regarding the implementation of the diversification process in a healthcare institution is proposed with the development of a decomposition map of the main processes regarding the possibility of diversifying medical services of the KNP "Khmelnytskyi Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine". Proposals have been developed for applying a systemic approach in justifying the definition of a strategy for introducing diversification of medical services. A model for implementing the diversification of medical services in a healthcare facility has been developed with the implementation of three main blocks: material and technical base, medical activities, and personnel management.
