Анотація
The article explores the problem of the legal order through understanding the processes of organization and self-organization of society. Different views of scientists on the content and concept of public order are considered. It is established that the organization of order inherent in the following features: it is an artificially created by a person a social system; the functioning of the system is ensured by the person, namely, the relevant bodies and officials who are vested with power; the duty of the organization of order is vested in the state; organizational and legal means of ensuring the right order are the appropriate means, forms, mechanisms that are fixed by the state to protect the interests of the whole society; The main instrument in achieving the right order through organizational aspects is state control.
It is revealed that the self-organization of the legal order is characterized by the following features: it is the basic element of the organization of the legal order on the basis of which the state organization of the legal order is carried out, a clear comprehension by the subject of its social interests, implemented voluntarily and naturally, the quality of self-organization of the legal order and its form depend on the quality of the legal regulation of public relations; depends on the level of public culture and sense of justice in society.
