Богдан ТИМОЩУК. Стратегічні напрями інноваційного розвитку економіки регіону. – Магістерська робота.
У роботі досліджено сутність інноваційного розвитку регіональної економіки як об’єкта публічного управління та визначено ключові підходи до формування державної політики у цій сфері. Проаналізовано міжнародний досвід реалізації державної політики інноваційного розвитку регіональної економіки та обґрунтовано доцільність його адаптації з урахуванням
регіональної специфіки.
Оцінено функціонування фінансово-економічного та організаційноінституційного механізмів публічного управління інноваційним розвитком регіональної економіки, виявлено проблеми ресурсного забезпечення, інституційні бар’єри та обмеження комерціалізації інновацій. Визначено стратегічні пріоритети державної політики інноваційного
розвитку регіональної економіки та запропоновано комплексний механізм публічного управління, що поєднує нормативно-правові, фінансовоекономічні, організаційні та інституційні інструменти. Доведено, що результативність такого механізму залежить від узгодженості дій ключових суб’єктів, розвитку інноваційної інфраструктури, циклічності управління та
застосування системи показників оцінювання для підвищення конкурентоспроможності регіональної економіки

Bohdan TYMOSCHUK. Strategic directions of innovative development of the regional economy. – Master's thesis.
The paper explores the essence of innovative development of the regional economy as an object of public administration and identifies key approaches to the formation of state policy in this area. The international experience of implementing the state policy of innovative development of the regional economy is analyzed and the feasibility of its adaptation is substantiated taking into account regional specifics.
The functioning of financial, economic and organizational and institutional mechanisms of public management of innovative development of the regional economy is assessed, problems of resource provision, institutional barriers and restrictions on the commercialization of innovations are identified.
The strategic priorities of the state policy of innovative development of the regional economy are determined and a comprehensive mechanism of public management is proposed, combining regulatory, financial, economic, organizational and institutional instruments. It is proven that the effectiveness of such a mechanism depends on the coherence of the actions of key actors, the development of innovation infrastructure, the cyclicality of management and the application of a system of evaluation indicators to increase the competitiveness of the regional economy.
