Аліна ГАВРИШ. Розвиток сервісної держави в умовах суспільних трансформацій в Україні. – Бакалаврська робота.
Проведено актуальне дослідження наукового завдання, яке полягає в обґрунтуванні теоретичних засад та розробці практичних аспектів щодо удосконалення розвитку сервісної держави в умовах суспільних трансформацій в Україні.
З’ясовано, що концепція сервісної держави передбачає не лише трансформацію форми надання державних послуг, але й глибоку переорієнтацію всього підходу до управління від бюрократично-контрольної моделі до моделі, що ставить у центр уваги потреби громадян, забезпечує прозорість і ефективність діяльності органів влади та сприяє формуванню
партнерських відносин між державою та суспільством.
Обґрунтовано шляхи ефективного розвитку сервісної держави в Україні в умовах суспільних трансформацій. Аргументовано, що доступ до якісних публічних послуг та інструментів цифровізації сприяє вирішенню проблем соціально-економічного розвитку, зниженню корупційних ризиків та підвищенню рівня довіри населення до органів влади.
Основними напрямами розвитку сервісної держави з урахуванням впровадження найсучасніших систем управління є: забезпечення максимальної якості, доступності, стандартизації та прозорості сервісів у традиційних та цифрових каналах; масштабне впровадження інструментів цифрової трансформації та розвиток системи «Дія»; вдосконалення кадрового потенціалу; впровадження ефективних механізмів зворотного зв’язку, інструментів штучного інтелекту для прогнозування потреб громадян та систем моніторингу якості публічних послуг.

A relevant study of the scientific task was conducted, which consists in substantiating the theoretical foundations and developing practical aspects regarding the improvement of the service state development under the conditions of social transformations in Ukraine.
It is determined that the concept of a service state involves not only the transformation of the form of public services delivery, but also a deep reorientation of the entire approach to management from a bureaucratic-control model to a model that focuses on the needs of citizens, ensures transparency and efficiency of public authorities, and promotes the formation of partnership relations between the state and society.
The purpose of the bachelor’s thesis is to substantiate the ways of effective development of the service state in Ukraine under the conditions of social transformations. Access to quality public services and digitalization tools contributes to solving the problems of socio-economic development, reducing corruption risks, and increasing the level of public trust in government authorities.
The main directions of the service state development, taking into account the implementation of the state-of-the-art management systems, are: ensuring maximum quality, accessibility, standardization, and transparency of services in traditional and digital channels; large-scale implementation of digital transformation tools and development of the "Diia" system; improvement of human resources potential; implementation of effective feedback mechanisms, artificial intelligence tools to predict the needs of citizens, and systems for monitoring the quality of public services.
