This bachelor’s thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the development of the resort and recreational services market at the regional level. The thesis explores the nature and characteristics of resort and recreational services, analyzes the processes of formation and development of this market, and identifies the factors influencing its operation. The current state of the resort and recreational sector in Vinnytsia Oblast is examined, a SWOT analysis of its development is conducted, and an assessment of the positioning of the “Khmilnyk” sanatorium in the regional market is performed. The main problems and competitive advantages of the enterprise are identified. Directions for implementing innovations to enhance the competitiveness of market participants in the resort and recreational services sector are substantiated, in particular through the digitization of services, the development of rehabilitation and wellness services, the improvement of marketing activities, and the implementation of modern management technologies. An organizational and economic mechanism for implementing innovative changes in the resort and recreational sector of the Vinnytsia region is proposed.

Бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних і практичних аспектів розвитку ринку курортно-рекреаційних послуг на регіональному рівні. У роботі розкрито сутність та особливості курортно-рекреаційних послуг, проаналізовано процеси формування і розвитку відповідного ринку, а також визначено чинники його функціонування. Досліджено сучасний стан курортно-рекреаційної сфери Вінницької області, проведено SWOT-аналіз її розвитку та здійснено оцінку позиціонування санаторію «Хмільник» на регіональному ринку. Виявлено основні проблеми та конкурентні переваги підприємства. Обґрунтовано напрями впровадження інновацій для підвищення конкурентоспроможності суб’єктів ринку курортно-рекреаційних послуг, зокрема шляхом цифровізації сервісів, розвитку реабілітаційних і wellnessпослуг, удосконалення маркетингової діяльності та впровадження сучасних управлінських технологій. Запропоновано організаційно-економічний механізм реалізації інноваційних змін у курортно-рекреаційній сфері Вінницької області.
