Анотація
У статті досліджено природу фінансової безпеки громадянина та її роль на розвиток фінансової безпеки держави і цілому. Визначено особливості взаємовідносин між громадянами і державою для поліпшення добробуту українського суспільства. Заходи, які спрямовані на забезпечення фінансової безпеки держави, мають першочергово забезпечувати права, свободи, інтереси та пріоритети громадян, що проживають на території даної держави. Саме політика держави у забезпеченні безпеки власних громадян і відрізняє один тип держави від іншого.
The article examines the nature of the financial security of a citizen and his role in the development of financial security of the state as a whole. The peculiarities of relations between citizens and the state for improving the well-being of Ukrainian society are determined. Measures aimed at ensuring the financial security of the state should ensure, first of all, the rights, freedoms, interests and priorities of citizens living in this state. It is the state policy regarding the ensuring of the security of its citizens distinguishes one type of state from another. This paper is based on the works of domestic and foreign scientists, as well as on materials of periodicals, statistical collections. Today, the system of legal and regulatory provision of Ukraine's financial security is somewhat formed, but the existing legislative acts are not involved in a specific mechanism for ensuring the financial security of our state. It relates to the existing strategies or programs of socio-economic development of the state, which lack information on the results of their implementation. Precondition for such measures is the strict observance of the requirements of the legislation, international treaties ratified by Ukraine, in terms of providing financial security. It is also important to implement a set of clearly phased activities and programs developed by scientists based on real statistical indicators. It has been determined that the execution of any administrative procedures should be as transparent as possible. This is necessary for the improvement of the administration, as well as strict regulation of the rights and responsibilities of officials to resolve conflicts of interest in the civil service
