dc.description.abstractРозглянуто повноваження Конституційного Суду України у сфері офіційного тлумачення Конституції і законів України, проаналізовано точки зору різних науковців щодо змісту офіційного тлумачення, досліджено його особливості, коло суб'єктів звернення до Конституційного Суду з приводу офіційного тлумачення, охарактеризовано його основні стадії. Проаналізовано практичну діяльність Конституційного Суду України по здійсненню офіційного тлумачення Конституції і законів України. На основі проведеного дослідження визначено спрямованість офіційного тлумачення Конституційного Суду на забезпечення реалізації і захисту прав та свобод людини і громадянина. Виявлено та обґрунтовано особливості юридичної природи актів Конституційного Суду України щодо офіційного тлумачення Конституції і законів України. Визначено правові наслідки рішень про офіційне тлумачення та їх місце в системі нормативно правових актів. Окреслено проблеми сучасного стану правового регулювання цього питання в Україні та шляхи їх вирішення. We analyzed the powers of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the official interpretation of the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, analyzed different points of view of various scholars on the contents of the official interpretation, explored its features, the range of subjects appeals to the Constitutional Court for official interpretations, its main stages has been described. We analyzed the practice of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to implement the official interpretation of the Constitution and laws of Ukraine. On the basis of the research, we defined the direction of the official interpretation of the Constitutional Court to ensure the implementation and protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. We discovered and proved features of legal nature of acts of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine regarding an official interpretation of the Constitution and laws of Ukraine. We also determined the legal consequences of making an official interpretation and their place in the regulations. We outlined the current state of the legal regulation of this issue in Ukraine and ways to solve them
