dc.description.abstractАНОТАЦІЯ Ковтонюк Т. – Формування системи ефективних комунікацій на підприємстві (на матеріалах МКП «Хмельницьктеплокомуненерго»). Бакалаврська робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня бакалавра за спеціальністю 073 Менеджмент. Бакалаврська робота присвячена важливій науковій проблемі, що присвячена теоретичним та прикладним аспектам формування системи ефективних комунікацій на підприємстві. У першому розділі бакалаврської роботи автором наведені положення, пов’язані із визначенням змісту та ролі комунікацій у діяльності підприємств. Також окрему увагу приділено здійсненню структурному аналізу системи комунікацій на підприємстві, що дозволив визначити основні елементи такої системи та зрозуміти, які х них є найбільш ефективними. У другому розділі наведено загальну характеристику основних показників діяльності МКП «Хмельницьктеплокомуненерго». А також тут особливу увагу приділено ефективності системи комунікацій у МКП «Хмельницьктеплокомуненерго» та чинників її формування. Зі свого боку, третій розділ спрямований на обґрунтування стратегічних орієнтирів формування системи ефективних комунікацій на підприємстві, а також можливостей удосконалення організації системи ефективних комунікацій підприємства. The bachelor's thesis is devoted to an important scientific problem, which is devoted to theoretical and applied aspects of the formation of an effective communication system at the enterprise. In the first chapter of the bachelor's thesis, the author gives provisions related to the definition of the content and role of communications in the activities of enterprises. Special attention was also paid to carry in gout a structural analys is of the communications system at the enterprise, which made it possibl et odetermine the main elements of such a system and to understand which of the mare the most effective. In the second section, a general description of the main indicators of the activity of the Khmelnytskteplokomuninergo MCP is given. Also, special attention is paid here to the effectiv eness of the communications systemat the Khmelnitskyteplokomuninergo MEC and the factors of its formation. For its part, the third section is aime datsubstantiating strategic guide lines for the formation of an effective communication system at the enterprise, aswe llas opportunities for improving the organization of the enterprise's effective communication system.
