В роботі сформульовано теоретико-методологічні засади та інноваційні підходи до стратегічного управління підприємством у контексті концепції сталого розвитку, визначено сутність трансформації бізнес-моделей підприємств та обґрунтовано роль інноваційних методів менеджменту. Досліджено практичні аспекти організації діяльності та стратегічного контуру на матеріалах ТОВ «СКМ ВЕСТ ГРУП». Встановлено, що на підприємстві слабо розвинене розуміння стратегії сталого розвитку, основна мета розвитку підприємства ототожнюється його власником як максимізація прибутку за наявних методів та ресурсів розвитку підприємства на даний момент. На основі комплексного аналізу фінансово-економічних показників, операційних процесів та системи матеріально-технічного забезпечення виявлено ключові чинники впливу на рівень розвитку підприємства. За допомогою інструментів стратегічного аналізу ідентифіковано ринкові виклики, оцінено наявний внутрішній потенціал підприємства та констатовано необхідність оптимізації використання ресурсів. Наведено алгоритм оцінки готовності підприємства (персоналу, організаційної структури) до розробки стратегії сталого розвитку. Запропоновано концептуальну модель вдосконалення стратегії сталого розвитку ТОВ «СКМ ВЕСТ ГРУП» шляхом інтеграції інноваційних технологій управління. Наведено алгоритм оцінки готовності підприємства до інновацій в економічний, екологічний, соціальний фактор розвитку та формування збалансованої системи менеджменту. Визначено, що процедури формалізації процесу обґрунтування стратегії є універсальними та можуть бути адаптовані3 іншими суб'єктами господарювання аналогічного сектора економіки. Розглянуто стратегічні напрями розвитку ТОВ «СКМ ВЕСТ ГРУП» в умовах ринкової нестабільності. Обґрунтовано прикладні рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності функціонування підприємства через мінімізацію операційних ризиків та зміцнення його довгострокових конкурентних позицій. The thesis formulates the theoretical and methodological foundations and innovative approaches to the strategic management of an enterprise within the context of the sustainable development concept, defines the essence of business model transformation, and substantiates the role of innovative management methods. The practical aspects of activity organization and the strategic framework are investigated based on the materials of LLC "SKM WEST GROUP". It has been established that the understanding of the sustainable development strategy is poorly developed at the enterprise, and the main goal of the enterprise's development is equated by its owner with profit maximization using the current development methods and resources available at the moment. Based on a comprehensive analysis of financial and economic indicators, operational processes, and the material and technical supply system, the key factors influencing the enterprise's development level are identified. Using strategic analysis tools, market challenges are identified, the existing internal potential of the enterprise is assessed, and the need to optimize resource utilization is4 stated. An algorithm for assessing the readiness of the enterprise (personnel, organizational structure) for the development of a sustainable development strategy is presented. A conceptual model for improving the sustainable development strategy of LLC "SKM WEST GROUP" through the integration of innovative management technologies is proposed. An algorithm for assessing the enterprise's readiness for innovation in economic, environmental, and social development factors and for forming a balanced management system is provided. It is determined that the procedures for formalizing the strategy substantiation process are universal and can be adapted by other business entities in the same sector of the economy. The strategic directions of development of LLC "SKM WEST GROUP" under conditions of market instability are considered. Applied recommendations aimed at increasing the efficiency of the enterprise's functioning by minimizing operational risks and strengthening its long-term competitive positions are substantiated.
