Abstract

Загоранська Д.Ю. Інформаційні технології в системі менеджменту підприємства (на матеріалах АТ «ARX»). Квалiфiкацiйна наукoва пpаця на пpавах pукoпиcу. У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено роль інформаційних технологій у системі менеджменту підприємства на прикладі діяльності АТ «ARX». Розглянуто теоретичні аспекти впровадження сучасних інформаційних систем, таких як ERP, CRM, та їх вплив на ефективність управлінських процесів. Проведено аналіз поточного стану підприємства, включаючи фінансові показники, структуру витрат, рівень цифровізації та ефективність управління ресурсами. Виявлено основні проблеми, які впливають на конкурентоспроможність АТ «ARX», зокрема високу матеріаломісткість виробництва, недостатню цифровізацію управлінських процесів, перевантаження адміністративних витрат та обмежену ліквідність. Запропоновано комплекс заходів для підвищення ефективності діяльності компанії, серед яких оптимізація виробничих процесів, автоматизація управлінських функцій, впровадження сучасних інформаційних технологій та підвищення кваліфікації персоналу. Розроблено рекомендації щодо інтеграції ERP/CRM-систем, стандартизації бізнес-процесів, удосконалення фінансового планування та контролю витрат. Проведено оцінку економічної ефективності запропонованих заходів, яка включає прогнозоване зростання доходів підприємства на 16,3%, збільшення чистого прибутку на 20% та зниження адміністративних витрат на 6,9%. Практична значущість роботи полягає у можливості використання запропонованих рекомендацій для підвищення ефективності інформаційного забезпечення в системі менеджменту підприємств, що сприятиме зростанню їхньої конкурентоспроможності та сталого розвитку в умовах сучасної економіки. This bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to analyzing the role and impact of information technologies (IT) in the management systems of enterprises, with a focus on JSC "ARX" as a case study. The research explores theoretical principles and practical applications of IT integration in modern management practices, emphasizing its significance in enhancing operational efficiency, decision-making, and competitive positioning within dynamic market conditions. The study provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state of JSC "ARX," including its financial performance, operational processes, and organizational structure. It identifies critical challenges such as high production costs, administrative overhead, limited digitalization, and inefficiencies in internal communication and resource management. The research also highlights the importance of addressing these issues to ensure sustainable growth and financial stability. The thesis proposes three strategic alternatives for improving the efficiency of IT usage in enterprise management: cost optimization, workforce upskilling, and automation of management and production processes. Each alternative is evaluated using financial, operational, and strategic criteria to determine its feasibility and impact on the organization’s overall performance. The recommended course of action is a combination of production process optimization and automation of management functions. This integrated approach is expected to yield a synergistic effect by simultaneously improving financial metrics, reducing costs, enhancing employee productivity, and fostering long-term digital transformation. The study emphasizes the importance of a phased implementation plan, supported by a robust financial model that combines internal funds, bank loans, leasing, and grants to ensure project sustainability. A sensitivity analysis further corroborates the economic viability of the proposed measures under various scenarios. The findings presented in this thesis provide valuable insights for enterprises aiming to leverage IT solutions for strategic growth, operational excellence, and enhanced competitiveness in a rapidly evolving business environment.
