    Муляр Н. М. Механізм державного управління конкурентними перевагами на регіональному рівні. – Рукопис. У магістерській роботі запропоновано розв’язання актуального наукового завдання, яке полягає в теоретичному обґрунтуванні й розробленні практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення механізму державного управління конкурентними перевагами на регіональному рівні. Запропоновано під механізмом державного управління конкурентоспроможністю економіки розуміти сукупність суб’єктно-об’єктних відносин щодо встановлення норм і правил стосовно формування конкурентного середовища у суспільстві та на міжнародному рівні на основі принципу координації функціонування інститутів законодавчої та виконавчої влади через здійснення необхідних змін кількості і складу суб'єктів певного ринку товарів або послуг, змін розстановки сил у глобальній економічній системі та визначення характеру взаємодії держави і ринку. На основі аналізу закордонного досвіду державного управління конкурентним перевагами, з’ясовано, що механізм антимонопольного регулювання є знаряддям захисту національних інтересів, і важливим напрямом державного управління конкурентоспроможністю економіки в закордонних країнах є податкова політика. Обґрунтовано стратегічні орієнтири розвитку державного управління конкурентним перевагами на регіональному рівні, а саме: формування конкурентоспроможної регіональної економіки; реформування системи державного управління та зведення до мінімуму впливу монопольно-олігархічного капіталу на політику держави; запобігання падінню рівня життя населення тощо. Mechanism of state management of competitive advantages at the regional level. - Manuscript. The master's thesis offers a solution to an actual scientific task, which consists in the theoretical substantiation and development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanism of state management of competitive advantages at the regional level. It is suggested that the mechanism of state management of the competitiveness of the economy should be understood as a set of subject-object relations regarding the establishment of norms and rules regarding the formation of a competitive environment in society and at the international level based on the principle of coordination of the functioning of institutions of legislative and executive power through the implementation of the necessary changes in the number and composition of sub entities of a certain market of goods or services, changes in the balance of forces in the global economic system, and determination of the nature of the interaction between the state and the market. Based on the analysis of the foreign experience of state management of competitive advantages, it was found that the mechanism of antimonopoly regulation is a tool for protecting national interests, and an important direction of state management of the competitiveness of the economy in foreign countries is tax policy. The strategic guidelines for the development of state management of competitive advantages at the regional level are substantiated, namely: the formation of a competitive regional economy; reforming the state administration system and minimizing the influence of monopoly-oligarchic capital on state policy; prevention of a fall in the standard of living of the population, etc. Key words: mechanism, public administration, competition, competitive advantage, competitiveness, state, national economy, region, regional economy.
