Бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню теоретико-методичних засад формування програми розвитку підприємства та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення результативності її реалізації в умовах конкурентного середовища. У роботі узагальнено наукові підходи до визначення сутності категорії «програма розвитку підприємства», розкрито її значення в системі стратегічного управління. Досліджено методологічні аспекти розробки програм розвитку підприємства, обґрунтовано етапи їх формування та впровадження, а також визначено роль інформаційного забезпечення в процесі прийняття управлінських рішень. Проведено аналіз організаційно-економічної діяльності фермерського господарства «Левада-В», здійснено оцінку фінансово-економічних показників підприємства. Проаналізовано стратегію розвитку господарства та визначено його конкурентні позиції на ринку сільськогосподарської продукції. На основі отриманих результатів сформовано програму розвитку ФГ «Левада-В» з урахуванням особливостей функціонування підприємства та умов конкурентного середовища. Проведено оцінку ефективності реалізації запропонованої програми розвитку, що підтверджує доцільність її впровадження. The bachelor’s thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological foundations of forming an enterprise development program and the development of practical recommendations for improving the effectiveness of its implementation under competitive conditions. The paper generalizes scientific approaches to defining the essence of the category “enterprise development program” and reveals its role within the system of strategic management. The methodological aspects of developing enterprise development programs are investigated, the stages of their formation and implementation are substantiated, and the role of information support in the managerial decision-making process is determined. An analysis of the organizational and economic activities of the farming enterprise “Levada-V” is conducted, and an assessment of its financial and economic performance indicators is carried out. The development strategy of the enterprise is analyzed, and its competitive position in the agricultural products market is determined. Based on the obtained results, a development program for FG “Levada-V” is formed, taking into account the specific features of the enterprise’s operation and competitive environment conditions. An evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed development program is performed, confirming the feasibility of its implementation.
