Analysis of the financial market of Ukraine during a period of instability

The article examines the current state of Ukraine's financial market amid socio-economic and military instability. The impact of the National Bank's monetary policy – particularly the key interest rate – on inflationary processes, lending, and the currency market is analyzed. The banking sector is assessed through asset dynamics, and the volume of trading on organized exchange platforms is reviewed. Structural issues of the stock market are identified, including low financial literacy among the population, insufficient investor protection, and inefficient exchange infrastructure. Special attention is given to the prospects of digital transformation in the financial sector, particularly the integration of exchange operations into mobile banking applications. The article substantiates the need for reforms aimed at market stabilization, increasing public trust in financial institutions, and developing digital services.

The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of accounting and auditing of financial results of agricultural enterprises in the context of modern economic development. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of agricultural activity, which determine the formation, recognition and evaluation of financial results. The study highlights key problems of accounting methodology, organization of internal and external audit, and reliability of financial reporting. The role of digital technologies, automation of accounting processes and analytical tools in improving the efficiency of financial result management is emphasized. The article also proposes directions for improvement of accounting and auditing practices aimed at enhancing transparency, ensuring control over resource use, and supporting strategic decision-making in agricultural enterprises.

АНОТАЦІЯ Токарчук Діана. Управління господарськими ризиками підприємства (на матеріалах ФГ «Новосинявське»). Бакалаврська робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня бакалавр за спеціальністю 073 Менеджмент. Хмельницький, 2025. 63 с. Тема управління господарськими ризиками є надзвичайно актуальною в умовах постійної нестабільності економічного середовища, загострення конкуренції, посилення впливу зовнішніх загроз та внутрішніх проблем аграрних підприємств. Здатність своєчасно ідентифікувати ризики, оцінити рівень їх впливу та впровадити ефективні методи мінімізації визначає стійкість і перспективність діяльності будь-якого господарюючого суб’єкта. У першому розділі бакалаврської роботи досліджено теоретичні аспекти управління ризиками: охарактеризовано сутність і природу господарських ризиків, систематизовано їх класифікацію, розглянуто причини виникнення та методи управління ризиками. Окрему увагу приділено якісним та кількісним методам аналізу ризиків, включаючи побудову карти ризиків, сценарний аналіз, методи резервування, страхування та диверсифікації. У другому розділі виявлено ключові внутрішні та зовнішні ризики, які впливають на результативність роботи, а також оцінено ризикостійкість підприємства та ефективність існуючої системи управління ризиками. У третьому розділі розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення системи управління господарськими ризиками на підприємстві. Запропоновано комплекс заходів, зокрема впровадження елементів стратегічного ризик-менеджменту, оптимізацію організаційної структури управління ризиками, посилення ролі аналізу ризиків у процесі ухвалення управлінських рішень. The topic of enterprise risk management is extremely relevant in today's context of increasing economic instability, heightened competition, and intensifying external and internal challenges faced by agricultural enterprises. The ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in a timely and effective manner plays a crucial role in ensuring business resilience, continuity, and sustainable development. The first section of the thesis explores the theoretical foundations of business risk management. It defines the concept and nature of enterprise risks, analyzes their classification and causes, and discusses key methods for their minimization. Special attention is given to both qualitative and quantitative approaches to risk analysis, including risk profiling, scenario planning, Monte Carlo simulation, and tools such as insurance, diversification, and financial reserves. The second main internal and external risks are identified, and the current risk management practices are assessed for their effectiveness and adaptability to environmental changes. The third section offers practical recommendations for improving the risk management system of the enterprise. Proposed solutions include the implementation of strategic risk management practices, organizational restructuring for better risk control, and the adoption of proactive tools such as insurance, outsourcing of specific risk functions, and early warning mechanisms.
